Exceptional Service & Highly Recommended!

I had an issue with my Mercedes C250 after taking it to another service center, where unfortunately the car’s system was messed up and the car wouldn’t even start. I had to have the car towed to this service center, and I’m so glad I did!

Their team took the time to properly diagnose the problem, identify exactly what had gone wrong, and fix it using original Mercedes parts. The professionalism, technical expertise, communication, and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Most importantly, they didn’t just try to guess or replace random parts — they found the actual problem and got my C250 running properly again.

Excellent service, honest work, and knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy service center, especially for Mercedes vehicles.

I wish I had enough time to fully express my gratitude to Emilio. I was getting gouged by the nissan dealership right next door and he helped me so much to make sure I was prepared and serviced well with what he could do. He was so attentive and explained everything clearly, no BS, worked with me going back and forth from nissan for a service they could only do. (And im pretty sure they didn't since my engine light is still on)

Several instances where any other shop would have price gouged or stacked items up, they just don't. I used to live an hour away, and I used them. Now I live 5 hours away, and I still use them.

I have been going to this garage for years. Emilio and his team have always done great work for me. I have a 2013 Mercedes that runs like a dream because of their maintenance and repairs. I was heading to LA for a work conference and had an unexpected mechanical failure.  I was 100 miles from home and had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest shop.  It was the end of the day, and I asked  the tow truck driver to take me to an auto parts store. He suggested O’Reilly’s where there’s an Auto Center near by with multiple shops. I was hoping one of the mechanics would assist even though it was 5pm.  The first two people I approached both brushed me off.  They couldn’t be bothered at 5pm.  My third ask was to Emilio at Auto Precision Repair.  He was closing up the shop for the evening.  I explained what happened and he said that he worked on European Cars. He was trying to leave to see his dad whom he hadn’t seen in a year. He then said, “go get your truck and I’ll take a look”. He dropped everything to help me. What I thought was a simple belt turned into a little bit larger issue requiring a new belt and pulley.  Fortunately, the auto-parts store had both parts in stock.  Without Emilios kindness, I would have been stranded.  After repairing my vehicle, I asked him how much for the work. He said pay whatever I felt was fair.  I gave him the cash I had on hand (not nearly enough in my opinion) and offered to get more if there was a nearby Bank or put it on my credit card.  He insisted “No” and sent me on my way.  I’ll never forget Emelio’s kindness, If I lived in the area I would highly recommend his shop to everyone I know.  There are still good people in this world!
